I don’t understand the bad critics. Just finished my diner and for the price it was amazing. I had the chicken penne. I recommend for a nice diner if you stay in one of the surrounding hotels.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn which is connected to Victory. We checked in after traveling all day around 8. Got into the resturant around 810. The rude waitress told us that we just made it and last call was at 820. The sign on the door clearly said 11 pm. As we sat there the waitress was running around like she has never waited tables before. There where 2 other tables, 2 people at each table, so it's not like she was completely overwhelmed. A table of 20 walked in (all workers who where making their way down to help with the hurricane) the one waitress said she would take the table and other rude waitress comes out and tells they she wont seat them because she was closing at 9. It's only 820 at this time. So the group of 20 left.. after they pointed out the sign that says they are open. Till 11. Then the rude ass waitress has another group come in all at the same time and ask if they could get beer before they closed. No food needed.. just beer... she then throw an attitude with the guy and so I understand why he reacted the way he did. He told her she was rude and there was no reason for them not to get beer at the bar. The service was horrible and I promptly got our food to go because the waitress who wanted to take the table of 20 turned away a family because she didnt want to serve kids. Wtf... and she was very vocal about it. I am disgusted that we actually gave money to this business. Our only saving grace is thay our waitress wasnt partaking in the craziness of the other 2 rude inconsiderate, miserable waitress at Victory Bar and Grill....
