My daughter and I were looking for a restaurant close-by. We picked Viet noodle as a random choice. We made a good choice. Our supper was fantastic. The salad was great. (We never had this type of warm salad before.) Her pho and my dry vermicelli with grilled pork were excellent. This is a restaurant well worth trying. I don't know about to go order quality. But with only being able to order to go meals these days we will soon find out. PS, This restaurant has Pepsi and not Coca-Cola; that makes Viet Noodle a great find.
