Villa Hotel in Ringgold

New and improved I must say! They switched over to a Choice Hotel and it's great . Rooms were renovated and the staff is very customer friendly. Reasonable prices and the breakfast is awesome! 10/10 recommended

Worst hotel experience ever, where to start, as I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that the hotel room door didn't work, I told the staff about the door and they never fixed it, and when they did, I discovered it was the undocumented immigrant that drives the work van does maintenance, half ass maintenance that is, they plugged a device into the door to open it but wouldn't permanently fix it, after all this, when I first entered my room it was dirty dirty, I doubt they even replaced the sheets, After the 2nd night with the door not being permanently fixed, I went down to the lobby where the illegal fat bitch, the daughter I presume gave me attitude about me requesting a different room, telling me I can sleep on the terminal for all she cares, I HATED the staff and the hotel so much, I left and stayed in the Holiday Inn express where the hotel staff are friendly and know your name, If work puts you in the villa Helltel, I recommend leaving going across the street to the Holiday Inn Express I would give the Holiday inn express  and the Villa HELLTEL negative 5 stars

I had to stay at this place because it was cheap and I needed to do something in town. I had stayed a couple nights and I had got my wallet stolen from the hotel maid. I complained to management which did nothing to get me any real assistance other than talking with the maid who denied anything happening. Management didn't seem to take me seriously at all and I was pretty much shit out of luck. Don't stay here if you want to keep your belongings and want to be treated like a human being when it comes to the managers.
