we don’t consider ourselves regulars but have been here enough times to say Viva is a coin flip. There are times the food is great and times the food is over seasoned, over battered and oily. Times when servers are attentive and times when they forget to take your drink order or come asking if a refill is needed. if you live in the area and too lazy to drive down to chinatown, Viva is an option and hopefully you win that coin flip on that visit.

Extremely dissapointed. Tried using the website however the website says they are closed. Called and they are opened. The waiter said they cannot fix their own website so ordering online is impossible. I told him my card is saved on file through their website and can they pull up my account over the phone and I got "No we cant access our own system for that". Website is broken and employees were massively unhelpful.

Went to a Vietnamese restaurant called Viva Restaurant on 1960 a while back. I ordered some pho , egg rolls and pork spring rolls. They were ok not my favorite place. In my opinion the spring rolls didn't taste fresh and the pho was basic flavor. Just letting you know my though on it.
