By far the best waba grill I've been to in regard to the customer service by MARITZA ,she has an amazing attitude and was such a nice person she deserves a raise !! The food was great as usual too !!!

Every time I come here there's always workers complaining about customers or being rude to customers. I like the food but dread going in and seeing the workers. A few weeks ago one of the girls got annoyed because I called the steak bowls "beef" like honey go to school because steak and beef are the same. Today I went in and one of the guys that works there was complaining to his coworker about rude customers all while I was waiting to get help at the cash register. I was standing at the register for a good 2 minutes while he was just going off and there were two other customers inside waiting for their food. Idc how annoyed you are it's common sense not to be acting like that on the job.

Can't get the rewards points because I ordered off my phone? Really? Why would I want to come back then? This place is cold and depressing too. No music, very sad vibe inside there. Clearly the staff hate working there judging by how rude they are.
