So I walk in and there's Flys everywhere already a bad start and then I go up to the lady I was like can I get a Sprite she hands me the Sprite then I open the lid THEN I SEE A BUG and the food was bad but nice workers call gordan Ramsay

This is the third time I have been refused service this week. First time I came at two and they said they were closed till three. Second time I came at noon and they said they weren't taking orders till two. This time they said they weren't taking to-go orders!?! It is the height of a pandemic surge and half the county is without power due to a snowstorm. This is completely unacceptable, I am a huge waffle house fan and have never been this disappointed. Not sure if it's even worth it to try again at this point. This waffle house is not 24 hours at the moment and needs to indicate that somewhere instead of changing their schedule however they feel if they are having staffing shortages.
