Walked in a they waitress immediately started putting up chains to block off all the booths. Then we were told they just had a rush and couldn't let anyone eat until they sanitized the restaurant. We looked around and all the tables were spotless with not a single car in the parking lot. Absolutely unacceptable. This is the 2nd Waffle House in Athens we attempted this evening with a similar result. Waffle House to re-examine their standards of operations and their hiring practices. Done with Athens Waffle House. On to IHOP!
