I was craving Waffle House like no other last night, and drove to two locations before finding this one. The two other locations were a. looked like a tornado had hit the store and they told me it would be 30 minutes before they could start the grill back up (with three patrons there) and b. completely closed at 7 PM. So I drive up to this one with already low expectations. To my delight it was one of the best WH experiences in my long history of WH patronizing. The store was immaculate, employees greeted me when I came in, oh and they had employees... six of them! All working cheerfully and talking to the customers! There were no dishes stacked up and I witnessed everyone pitching in as a team. I got my food in under ten minutes and it was cooked to perfection. Besides the food being menu-perfect, what struck me was the age of the staff, all young people, and I heard my waitress say she was in high school. They were having fun and working hard. It made me have hope for the future of quick serve restaurants and the service industry in general. If I  owned a business today, I would definitely hire young people. Someone at WH corporate needs to look at this store as a modeling of what to do everywhere else.
