Why call it a sandwich when it falls apart and you have to eat it like a side? Why is there so much sugar in the potato salad ? I’ve had way better barbecue than this. It was packed so I guess there are people who like it. And let’s not get into the boudin over priced and taste awful. No I won’t be coming back for more. Just plain awful.

NEVER ❌❌❌. I can't recommend Waller County Line BBQ. I talked to Suzanne, we set up a time to meet to talk about our event for catering and it was a NO SHOW❌. then I reached out to "catering manager", Overton 2 weeks ago. We set up an appt with him for this Sunday. to confirm our appt I called him, he didn't answer; I called the restaurant and they told me he wasn't there; then texted he responded by saying that he'll text me ,"in a minute", that he can't do Sunday, 780 minutes ago...
