It had been two months since the last time my hubby and I had dined in a restaurant, Covid-19 not only threatened our health, but it had stolen the joy of having a nice meal in a restaurant. I was really glad and excited to get a chance to dine in again! yes, with all the necessary precautions. But I was even more glad that our first dine in experience was at "Warike Peruvian Bistro." This was my first time at this place and it did not disappoint. Peruvian food is one of my favorite cuisines. I've been to Peru a couple of times and I have close Peruvian friends, so I'm very picky when it comes to Peruvian food. I have to say that Warike was a genuine and delicious experience! I ordered my all time favorite, "Aji de Gallina." It was so good!! it was served with a cute triangle mountain of rice. The taste was on point, sometimes this dish can become a bit salty but this one was perfect. I also had chicha morada which I got for free when checking in. Thank you for that, it was refreshing and comforting. I love the color and taste of this drink...
