I had the Ruben and Sweet potato fries. They were awesome. They #8 wheat beer was the best wheat I've ever had. I should have gotten the name since I drank 4 but for some reason I forgot Atmosphere is cool, comfortable and very friendly. Parking is amazing as there are wide open open lots everywhere around. There is a liquor store in the same shopping center.

Was recently in town visiting in-laws and had to make a stop at Watershed, one of their favorite restaurants. It did not disappoint! The four of us ordered something like 10 different dishes so we could sample a little bit of everything and it was all so good. My faves were the Pretzel Bites (Watershed should bottle that cheese sauce!!!), Spätzle that reminded me of my childhood...the homemade Spätzle made by my German grandfather. yum! And I also loved the fish and chips, sausage sampler, and cabbage rolls. These are not easy dishes to do well, but Watershed nails it. The fish was crispy and perfectly seasoned. The sausages ("Best of the Wurst") were tender and flavorful. Fun, friendly place with creative, delicious food. We plan to go back when we are back in town so we can try other items on the menu.

Delicious, we come here a lot. My kids love the big pretzels and sweet potato fries, my husband and I love the sausage sampler and the chicken schnitzel and red cabbage... all fantastic choices. They also have a rotating beer selection and some interesting ones. They are very laid back and friendly every time we visit. We are glad this place exists so close by.
