I went in there last weekend, bought drinks for $19 including a tip, and was dismayed to see a 119 dollar charge on my card the next day. On contacting the pub, the manager Josh, reached out asap, and reversed the entire charge. So while I was initially not happy at all, the customer service made up for it a little.

Last weekend my friends were visiting from out of town, and we were all super excited to go have a fun night out at Waterworks. However, we did no such thing. As we were getting our IDs checked, the bouncer, who told us his name was Emanuel, told my friend her REAL ID was fake, put it in his pocket, and told us to call the police if we wanted it back. I came in here because I herd the pizza logs and meatballs where great (I'd like to state I am a straight man for the record I'm not gay). The logs were great I could barely fit them in my mouth. Only concern with waterworks is the bathroom, the stalls are terrible order there are wholes in all the doors. While investigating them I was poked in the eye an was nearly blinded..the pizza logs also gave me the runs so my bum was taking an extra beating that night in the stall..Other than those troubles it's a fun place to dance and the meatballs were juicy..I'd like to restate I am not gay I like girls but I love to go to waterworks pub with my boys when my real girlfriend is on is out of town...highly recommend
