Came to this Wawa yesterday to get a sandwich from the deli and I was greeted by a lovely employee, Sofia, who was sweet as could be. Real polite with good manners. Could not ask for better customer service. I Will definitely be coming here more often!

Lady at the food counter was singing and nice... Until we looked at the counter for our food. We had waited 20 minutes and my wife looked for her food and the lady snapped at her. She does not need to be in customer service. All of the other employees were nice. After 30 minutes of waiting and the lady refused to hand my wife her food, I paid for mine and my sister in laws. We left her food alone. People like this need to have a talk.This happened on Sunday, August 15th. The food was ordered at 7:33pm. Wawa... if you want to figure out who it was, then at least you have the time now. She needs to be taught some customer service skills.
