We walked in and were told to seat ourselves. That's the end. Nobody ever came to give us menus, or even ask if we wanted to drink or eat. The waitress walked by more than three times and didn't acknowledge us at all. We left so I can't comment on the food. Service is terrible. Will never go back.

I found that the customer service at Weber's 8713 Grill & Tap was outstanding. The server was friendly, attentive and wanted to be certain everything was satisfactory with my meal. I enjoyed the sports atmosphere with the Cardinals game on the TVs. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The manager even came by towards the end of my visit to see how everything was and if I had any feedback on the restaurant. Overall I give the an A+ and would recommend it to family and friends. I will be back since it is in the neighborhood and I enjoyed the restaurant.
