Bernadette was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited 10 minutes in the drive through just to be told to hold on when I pulled up. My kids started getting upset in the back seat and I told them sorry I didn’t expect to wait 20 minutes to get our order. She suddenly pops on loud speaker saying she will refuse to serve me if I act this way. I was not even speaking to her I was speaking to my upset children and did not appreciate her eathsdropping on me than refusing service. Completely unprofessional. I understand being short handed but this lady was completely rude and her actions were uncalled for. Terrible customer service.

I placed an order online tonight at 9pm, because the website says you closed at 10pm, I got there 9:21 the lady was rude telling me they were closed…If you guys closed at 9pm you should update your hours here.
