Supply chain issues tough for this place. No frosty, bbq sauce and few other things. Not the employees fault sucks they have to keep saying they’re out of items. Should’ve went to McDonald’s

I understand things are tough in the world we live in now but seriously this is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been in! Food was cold. It was not fresh (and founder Dave Thomas built his company on that promise). I don’t know if the company requires employees to wear mask but if they do, them employees don’t wear them properly as you can see from this photo!

No! Do not eat here at this location. The service is slow and they could care less about you or your order. We ordered using Wendy's mobile app sat in line for 25 minutes told the order person that we had a Mobil app and we were told all good and to pull up to the window. When we got up to the window we were asked if we were the chili order we said no we are the Mobil order. Then we were told there was no Mobil order!! we showed the receipt on the phone they said nope the order never went through. then we showed that we were charged. They said don't know what to tell you the order never came here. We are definitely never coming back
