Already have a case number pending for my awful experience. Had to call corporate about how the manager Steve treated me at the drive thru window. Worst experience of my life. Where did customer service go? It's clearly not at this Wendy's

Only place open wHen I close at work. Place is really pathetic can’t get my 4 fir 4 the simplest meal correct always the wrong sandwich as well as drink. Don’t bother telling them what to drink or condiments they don’t care! Get what you get is their policy apparently it’s sad
