Very very slow. Sat in the drive through line for 10 plus minutes

Our order was wrong twice and with them not open on the inside we had to go through the line twice, what a headache. They didn't even offer something free for our trouble. The lady at the window seemed to be upset with us for...wasn't our fault. Double check your order please.

This used to be the best Wendy's we had ever been to. Sad to say, that is no longer the case. And last week marks the last time we will go there. At lunchtime, cold hamburgers and fries (and yes I mean cold) and the line at the drive thru way to long to bother waiting to complain and return the food.
