Nice hot potato in less than 2 min from order placed, but forgot the extra butter I asked for. Very nice about. Another Wendys said they had to cook potato first at least 15 min after i ordered it.

Literally only giving 1 star bc 0 wasn't an option. I worked in the food industry for 10+ years & have NEVER seen worse customer service. When I say ridiculous, I mean it. & I'm not usually a Karen! Go to ANY other fast food establishment in town if you want food (we never got any bc they wouldnt take our order, we waited 15 min & then they ignored the windows) or any kind of half ass decent customer service. Total drag. The people that work this Wendy's suck. Not even sorry
