didn’t get everything i purchased and establishment needs work. all the food was handed to me cold and seemed to be microwaved but what’s funny is the bag says hot and crispy guaranteed, well obviously not

Usually this place is good, but not today. I was given the wrong items in my bag. The manager was no help at all and very rude when I asked for a refund. I wasn’t even being mean. I was very polite. Looks like I’m going to start going to the one in butler or wait a bit to get food from this location again.
