Used to work and do business here. Well not anymore, take my word for it, DO NOT WORK HERE! You will receive minimal training and not know how to do some basic task that staff should be trained for, and then be thrown into situations where you have to do those things but will never be prepared for. You will also find yourself mistreated by management in certain situations (I won't say who, but it's not worth finding it).And as far as from the customers' stand point, the service is really not good, except outside of busy times (which isn't too often). If you're very unlucky, you will find yourself waiting 30+ minutes just to get your order taken, but please keep this in mind before taking it out on the workers themselves. They're force to work under conditions that puts them at a disadvantage for doing their job.I would honestly rate 1 star for my own experience alone, but the only saving grace is that there's one manager that's there that truly had my back (I won't say her name for privacy) but just know she is there on your side if you end up at this dumpster fire for work.Avoid this location if you can otherwise.
