This is one of the worst Wendy's They say that they open at 6:30 in the morning every morning I am there and they sit in the lobby and talk to each other and they never open until they feel like it today I went at 7:15 and I had to say hello over 4 times To get their attention it's ridiculous doesn't make sense

I ordered through the mobile app and when I went in the store that did not have my order. I asked a gentleman behind the counter what they could do he didn't know and went to get a manager.He come back about five minutes later with a bunch of drink holders and begin stocking them completely ignoring me. I asked him is someone going to help? He says the managers busy. I asked politely if there was anyone else that can help, end He called another person over and asked if they could help. He glanced at the app on my phone, then just Shrugged his shoulders and walked away.To premise, I received an offer from Wendy's for $2 off a combo. The only way they could do this was with an online order. When I asked yet another person at the register if they could just honor it as they didn't receive the order for some reason, she said no.
