Very disappointed. The burgers were way over cooked. Baked potato was smashed in. Fries were ok.

Who the heck thought about making Wendy’s fries crispier but actually make them soggier. And plus the recipe didn’t change although the said it will change. Otherwise every thing is good. But Wendy’s come on you need to improve.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru that didn't move an inch, then walked in because the dining room was totally empty. Now I see why. Manager called out " guest up front" , but nobody acknowledged me for a good 5 or 6 minutes before walking out. I'm on my lunch break and now I get to go to speedway to eat .Thanks Wendy's!
