Waited in line for literally 20 minutes at window before anyone greeted me. It was only one car in front of me, no one in the store Just pulled off. Ridiculous

Drive thru only, doors are locked with no sign stating the dining room is closed. App always crashes and losses order. Had a “carry out only” “manager” special…also long wait times.
