Over 2 dollars for a small lemonade!

I like this Wendy’s! Usually not too busy but only problem I had was that they put bacon on my burger even though I got one without bacon and specifically asked to make sure there was not bacon on it. Mistakes happen so it’s okay but otherwise great location!

I am probably terribly biased because this event began roughly an hour ago. At 11:30 to be precise. I forgot my lunch at home so I decided to order from Wendy's. Once I am done with my order, which consist of a medium fry, a spicy chicken sandwich, the pineapple mango lemonade, and a small frosty, Wendy passes the torch to doordash to bring it to my place of employment. The dasher Only gave one bag to my CO worker. I was somewhere else in the building because of work. The dasher Only gave one bag with my chicken sandwich. The other three items lost. And for about 30 minutes I have tried to contact Wendy's about this missing food with no reply. Only put on hold. And I get it is not this store I am calling, but the overseer of Wendy's. But I have waited in chat, I have called and been placed on wait. And I sent feed back. But I want either my money back or the food I ordered. I am very frustrated with the lack of communication and ways to communicate. And I have contacted doordash, and they have been extremely helpful and very apologetic for the food that was not delivered. But Wendy's has been radio silent. I just want this situation corrected.
