This Wendy's is usually my go-to. Tonight was the worst service I've ever experienced there. I placed a curbside order at 6:15 p.m. and set in the reservation spot for curbside service for over 15 minutes. I did understand that there was a long line at the drive-thru and they were probably short staffed so I decided to get in the Drive-Thru line and go through and pick it up at the window. Unfortunately when I got to the window they had apparently already prepared my food in the 15 minutes that I was sitting at the reserve spot for curbside service so the food was not that hot.
