Their wait time is terrible stood in line for almost 20 minutes one person working the register about 7 people in line and a long line for drive-thru no excuse when people need jobs

This is now the 2nd time in a one month span that I've attempted to go to this Wendy's that their credit card machine is down it's down. What they need to do is get their stuff fixed so that way people can actually eat. Almost nobody carries cash anymore which means people can't evil can't eat.
