So horrible service customer service is trash everybody in there need to be fired immediately will you make a order you should be able to get that order in especially when you're the only car in the Drive-Thru and for you to get an attitude when you the one that got the order wrong in the first quarter race and tell someone can't you just deal with the ice in your drink you need to have your job stripped away. Wendy's really need to re-amp the employees cuz none of them have any signs of customer service. Avoid this one 5212 Brook Rd, Richmond, VA 23227 definitely that's a fight and waiting with the way the employees talk to their customers and handle their food.
