Went twice to pick up mobile order and selected drive thru. Was told I had to come in. Defeats entire purpose of online pickup and selecting drive thru. Service inside was horrible. Attitude towards me coming in when that’s your fault. Horrible Wendy’s

Poor service! Unfriendly staff! Missing item, then accused me of lying..Then guy comes up and says it (oatmeal bar) was so hard he through away.. Guess they was just going to let me think I had it.. Bread so hard, it couldn't be eaten. $11 wasted on breakfast. Never again at this location.

Customers service was horrible and the mangers was rude. Food was cold and over salted. Hardly no drinks in the medine had to get it for back. The wait is allful had to wait over 30 minutes before my order was ready. Dunning and bathrooms was nasty and had a bad smell. I'm not going back to this Wendy's.
