Cannot bring myself to click even one star but it makes you before you can post. I used mobile app to order ahead and when I arrived to pick up my order they did not have the chili or the frosty's that was bought and paid. I was offered a cookie instead but requested a refund. Dirty, dirty, dirty. It always has been and it’s only gotten worse since Covid. The employees don’t look like they care about themselves much less the cleanliness of the kitchen area. I just watched an employee pick up a bunch of lids he dropped on the floor and put them into the lid dispenser. STAY AWAY!
