Wendy's in Cornelia

HORRIBLE experience every time we go. We only go when it’s something quick to eat and we are short on time. Tonight I ordered a #4 meal with NO onions to go and it had onions on it. On top of that the fries are less than half full, I have a picture to prove it. Along with a spicy wrap and another fry and 2 junior frosties. I wasn’t told to hold on for the frosties so I forgot and walked away, I came back 10 seconds later and was told “maybe you shouldn’t just walk away” and I told her that comment was unnecessary. I asked the girl who took my order (Dana) what that girls name was and she said “Justin” and when I left I heard them giggling. So when I called them and asked to speak to a manager I heard them say “be rude and get rude” and I wasn’t being rude. I was being ignored on the phone asking for a manager. He said “I will talk to them about this problem up front” but I was offered nothing. This place is always so unprofessional and needs a serious attitude adjustment. Worst Wendy’s ever. I’ll just travel to the one in Clarkesville even if it is 15 minutes further down the road.

Has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had, manager was a pompous Butthole!! Even his employees were condemning his attitude. He would rather argue over what was not put in a drive-through order then serve the literally 15 people standing in line when you have to come in to get what you originally orderd!!

We continue to go to our local Wendy's... every time we are disappointed!!! We order the same thing every time!!! And we are still disappointed. Me: Single with cheese NO pickle. -Translation to Wendy's employees cold cheese single with pickle double pickle Large fry: -Translation to Wendy's employees Large fry container 1/2 full Tonight we didn't get any mayonnaise or onion on either of our burgers. Got pickle though and 1/2 of a large container of fries!
