I order 2 jr. bacon cheese burgers, no lettuce or tomato. The lady confirms I want 2 jr. bacon cheese burgers with no lettuce or tomato. What do I get? one jr. burger with lettuce and tomato, and one jr. cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato.. And these people want $15/hr? low skill = low wages. Constant issues with this Wendy’s. Figure it tf out.

Was picking up a DoorDash order in the drive thru. Sat at the window for a few minutes patiently waiting while the employees didn't even acknowledge me. One said, "I wonder how long this car is going to sit here for." Then they all started laughing at me. It was really mean. Turns out they were closed due to a snowstorm, which I completely understand. Zero decency. Could have simply told me they were closed. No reason to treat another human like this. :(

last 3x I've had issues with my order and NOONE ever answers their phones! Got ahold of Wendy's on twitter and they were supposed to send me free coupons that I never received aswell as have the manager contact me which never happened either. This Wendy's used 2 be one of the best....
