Pulled up to an empty drive thru line. Was told "I'll be right with you". Sat there for 5 minutes before person came back

This Wendy’s is terrible. As soon as you pull up to the drive thru they’re rude and act as do you did something to them for being there. Food was also disgusting and also my buns were hard.

Noticed as I left window bourbon bacon cheeseburger not in bag. So I had to use drive thru again since lobby closed. Was 14 minutes from time I left window and got bourbon burger. I gave entire bag back and wasn't even offered fresh fries. Not good business for 2 meals that cost $24. Would have demanded entire order be redone but line was long behind me. No more Wendy's, period, for me. Entire franchise has lost a customer.
