In the morning at 630am when they are supposed to be opened, the Management and staff hide in the back with the Huge Wendy's sign and the dining lights shutoff! We all wait at the drive thru after 630am about 3 cars lined up; without any acknowledgement or heads up about what is going on. We finally get to the window after waiting almost 15 mins after 6am and they say we weren't ready for service. They should have said something to us while we were lost in confusion and offered us any incentive for the wait.I know staff can be short staffed but atleast let the customers know what is going on.
