The door shut after 6 pm during business hours. All mobile orders - Doordash, or Uber Eats must join those drive-thru drivers to wait in the lane. You ended up waiting for 45 minutes at the drive-thru lane to pick up mobile order. You may question why does Wendy restaurant offer the convenience of mobile order at all!

TERRIBLE! They act closed when its 1 hour till closing. People are in there but they lock the doors and don't answer the drive thru! This happens all the time! The most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced.This event happened 1-10-2022, but has happened many times before.
