The line is so slow everyday

For some odd reason the drive thru personnel didn't give me my debit card back after I made a purchase of $11.45. I realized the next morning what had happened , called the store and the manager that answered didn't offer an apology . Her "personnel" forgot to give me my debit card back IN DRIVE THRU. I show up there shortly to get my card back. She hands it to me with a look on her face that says "Shame on you for leaving it." Again, no apology for having an incompetent worker that doesn't know how to carryout a simple drive through transaction. It seems to me as an honest mistake by a worker , but a lack of job ownership and professionalism by the manager. I don't know who owns this location but they should train their personnel on having professionalism.

Here's another case where I wrote the wrong review. Wendy's has good breakfast and good hamburgers I love their spicy chicken sandwich but I always have to follow that up with Prilosec. They have a wonderful frozen coffee that they used the the vanilla frosty and make it a really delicious and not too sweet drink.
