I get it, you probably didn't have enough employees to stay open, but...The app said you're open until 8pm, I made my order, PAID, got there at 7pm, there was a sign on the drive thru saying you closed at 7pm. I got to the window and an employee yelled through the window "we're closed" and turned his back on me.I'm not too bothered by the early closing. I get it. I am bothered that I already paid for my food and no one was willing to assist with a refund (not that they knew that's what I wanted).Further, after clicking cancel on the app it timed-out and I don't know if the transaction cancelled and I can't check since it was on my company's credit card.

You give business a chance once in a while. However, when they mess up your order 2 times in a roll that enough. I ordered a Bourbon Bacon Burger with extra meat, large fry, and large Coke. I drove home and once home I started on the fries then the burger. After opening the burger. I noticed there was only 1 meat patty. I could see bacon but no bourbon sauce. So I went back to get the burger I ordered. Once I got to the windows it was less than 2 minutes the burger was ready. I have never seen a burger made faster. So I headed home to...
