Unbelievably horrible service! Waited 24 minutes for our food and it was never ready. Seven people in the lobby just waiting to place an order. Kept asking about when our order would be ready and she kept saying in a minute in a minute in a minute. This lady, who is apparently the manager, was cussing out different employees in Spanish right in front of everyone. She said she could not refund our money so we ended up just leaving without our food without her money.

I used to come to this Wendy's all the time, and their food was great. Lately the food is cold and tastes reheated or old, the Frostys taste strange and I've had to throw them out. Their dine in area is closed with no apparent reason. I would recommend eating somewhere else or at another Wendy's location.
