Grabbed a small fry through drive thru and they were cold and in edible. We ate 5, then had to throw rest away.

We don't get to this location often, but the 2x we have been in the last year, the people responsible for taking the order had a great attitude, and read the order back. The staff did a great job and very impressed with their happy attitude both times. Keep up the good work!

UPDATE: I went back seeing if they changed. Admittedly I thought it had been longer, but they still gave me the wrong order. This is the fourth time in a row that they've gotten an order wrong. Mistakes happen, but this Wendy's has clearly crossed the line from simple mistakes to incompetence. I've been coming here ever since I was a kid, but I won't be coming back anymore. Every order they put out is consistently wrong.
