Tried the “hot and crispy fries” they were neither. They were cold and soggy so I returned to tell them. It actually says on the drive through window tells us if they’re not hot and crispy. Greeted a grumpy person that obviously didn’t want to hear what we told her. She took our bag and within a few minutes returned with hot fries that were obviously ours but thrown back in the fryer. Disgusting and greasy and horrible attitude. The clear lake shores location most always has the same I don’t give a damn attitude.

It was HOT long wait it was lunch hour DRIVE THRU WAS JAMMED it was assembled by the book I remember Wendy's being better haven't tried Wendy's in 5 years I use to love Wendy's Chili this was warm flat boring, beans I didn't recognize they changed the recipe to cater to Hispanic taste not one person spoke English I talked to I gave up threw it in trash
