I can't figure out this Wendy's. They don't mess my order up but their customer service that is seriouly lacking. On one occasion I left my wallet at home and was going to pay with my phone with Samsung pay and even though I could clearly see they had a cardless reader machine she said they couldn't process my cardless payment because it wasn't set up but continued to use the same card reader when I got back. On a different occasion I ordered breakfast pulled to the window paid for my order then was informed that they had ran out of buns. She then asked me if I would like a croissant or a biscuit to which I replied no then she looked at me and basically said she couldn't do anything else for me she didn't offer me a free sandwich for next time she basically said it wasn't her fault that there wasn't buns even though she was the manager. All I wanted was a free sandwich voucher so I could get the correct sandwich next time!
