On my birthday, after waiting for 25 minutes in line, they served this disgusting burger. See the photo. I said plain with cheese. Why is the meat destroyed like that?? What happened to fast????

So it took them four tries to correct my order and forgot to give card back. First they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of the burger I ordered and forgot the nuggets. Then once received the nuggets and "corrected" burger it was still incorrect and was once again a chicken sandwich. Then returned the chicken sandwich and for the burger I order and received a chicken sandwich again. The fourth time the finally gave me the burger I ordered. The good was cold once finally received the whole order correct.
