Terrible customer service and cold, incorrect food. I'd much rather have sandwiches at home than go there again.

It was a little after 10pm,the Bacon burger was fresh and delicious, the fries were warm and tasty. My family had nuggets and doubles and fries and all 3 boys enjoyed all of it. We will definitely go back soon for a late night craving or late dinner.

The long drive thru line and the long line inside reflects the nationwide employee shortage. The working employees have had stress and demands and customers still want good quality fast service. Hopefully the good quality food and customer service are still provided but it seems here at Wendy's and elsewhere fast has been taken out of the equation. All that to say I got out of the long slow drive up line and went inside and that line was long and slow too and fortunately everyone was calm and patient because standing in line you could witness the employees were doing their best with what they had. And in talking with the manager on duty who was the only person taking orders at the register in the lobby she said she and everyone is forced to multi-task because they are short staffed. She took the orders, filled the orders and had to help everyone else with their duties in the kitchen at the drive thru etcetera... then the soda machine in the lobby went out so she also had to fill the drinks as well. Although my take out order visit was long, thankfully it was pleasant.
