Sadly this location is just struggling under the current circumstances and desperately needs some guidance and new management (hope the GM sees this). Ordered my food online, waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to be told my order was not ready. When I received my order it was incorrect right down to the drinks! When I asked them to fix my order I was told to get back in the drive-thru line and they'd fix it then.Guess they have a drive-thru timer and the cars behind me had waited too long and were more important then me. When I got home I noticed that they had made several substitutions in regards to the ingredients from shredded cheese on my burgers and lettuce they use for their salads.
