Check your bag before you leave. Ordered and paid for a specialty chicken sandwich, got a single patty burger with nothing but lettuce and Mayo on it. Wasn’t given a receipt when my card was handed back to me, so couldn’t have contested it even if I’d noticed before I left.

Sat at the drive thru order kiosk for 20 minutes. Finally drove up to window thinking their kiosk was broke. The clerk said she could not take order from window that I would have to drive around again. I left and never will go back. This is the Wendy's on Jackson St.
