Unquestionably authentic Chicago style pies, and a top contender for best in Seattle. The sauce is thick, the meat is filling, and the crust is baked to perfection. Five out of five stars easy.Side note: you currently have to dial in via the window- there's no restaurant front door. Look for the row of glowing red/green buttons and hit the Pizza one!

My search is OVER!!!!! I moved to Seattle almost a year ago. I've been keeping my eyes open for Chicago style pizza (the deep kind) and tried a few places that were good, but not quite right. Then I got a pizza from West of Chicago Pizza company. My first bite flooded me with memories of Chicago-tasting bliss (I grew up there.) Oh my, they did it. I got a pizza with sausage, mushroom, and garlic. All flavors were balanced well, the sauce was perfectly Chicagoan, and plentiful, just the way I like it! The only thing that I guess I would've preferred was for the crust around the edges to be a little more flavorful & less crunchy/dry, but it wasn't that big of a deal. I had read reviews beforehand and so I knew that the pizza is served without being cut. We brought our big knife & ceramic plates (you need good strong plates) and went to town on it in the car. These are hefty pizzas and I prob ate too much but I don't care. Oh yes, I am coming back for more.
