Was a loyal customer until they did not give me back my credit card. I didn’t notice it was missing until they were about to close & the owner refused to stay open an extra 5 min so I can get my card. I told him I was traveling & needed it before a certain time & he hung up on me. I couldn’t believe the way I was treated for a mistake THEY made. They ask to take cards instead of or providing a card reader for their customers. I’m very disappointed & will never return again.

I placed an order this afternoon at West Wok over the phone and received the wrong entrée, then I requested the correct one and the owner haphazardly through it together which resulted in it being so bad that it was inedible. I tried to contact the owner and told him of this experience and he told me to find somewhere else to go. I’d say it’s time for him to pack it up and close shop. #NeverWestWok
