The hotel was absolutely stunning and beautiful, however the front desk and bar service was awful. They were very short with their conversation, and made me feel bad for asking for a luggage cart and ice bucket. When I asked for the cart, he looked at me like I was suppose to know where it was, and when I asked her for an ice bucket she was looked very irritated. I do realize it was time for her to close the bar, but my room didnt have one (even though I requested one prior to checkin). I had breakfast included in the stay (per the website), which I shockingly found out it only covers a bacon/sausage egg ang cheese croissant. The tub in the room was dirty, the bath robes on the back of the door was covered in hair, and the bed looked like someone made it up, and then jumped in the middle. I will stay there again, I will just ask for these things when I check in so I don't have to make multiple trips to the front desk.
