Did you know that grass fed beef is NOT graded by the USDA? I didn't, and neither did the staff who cooked and served my burger at Albany Burger. I had thought for sure that the beef at an establishment now owned by Amazon.com would be Prime! BADA BING! Sorry 'bout that. Yes, Albany Burger is actually located within the Whole Foods store located at Colonie Center. For whatever reason, it has its own web page. Maybe this is an effort by Amazon.com to promote it and give it more visibility. It actually shares the food preparation counter where you can also order pizza and salads. As alluded to above, all their beef is grass fed. They have 4 Signature burgers for $8 each and a basic burger for $6 with the addition of cheese or bacon being $1 each. Looking at their prep trays, it appears you can also add lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, caramelized onions, arugula, salsa fresco, and a variety of sauces.
