I was looking forward to try out the Whole Foods: Shuffle Bar since it is local to me. I ordered the Bison Burger and Carnitas Nachos. Waited for 30 minutes then followed up just to find out that the system was down, and told me that they will process it. Waited another 10 minutes to find out that they can't even process my order at all. I had to request a refund which took more than 10 minutes to process because of I don't know what reason. Clearly a waste of a Friday night dinner! Really horrible service especially being a part of Whole Foods. Overall, this is one of the worse services and restaurant experience I've had my whole life. They offered for us to wait for the food to come out and get the refund, but I refused as I was too frustrated and just wanted to...

The waitress was talking to a friend. We waived at her for help. She kept talking to her friend. Other tables waived at her. She kept talking with her friend. When she was done talking with her friend, she left to the back kitchen for 10 minutes. I was never served.
